We have noticed there are some town homes that are lowering prices as they have not sold since the boom, however, we had a terrible rush of town homes being built prior to the recession there is no wonder why they are not selling. There is definitely no shortage of low income townhomes on the market but getting a steal is probably out of the question in Durango.
