It is my favorite time as the foliage of the plants on our Durango Real Estate is at its fullest, everything is green, the air is crisp and it is absolutely a time of year that is totally enjoyable in every aspect. Our Durango Real Estate property is in full color this time of year and the fall season, September in Durango, Colorado is the time to visit this wonderful region of the Southwest in the United States. The tourism traffic has ended, the weather is so beautiful at about 75 -80 degrees in the daytime and the 60′s – 70′s in the evenings and everything is just glorious.

Our Durango Colorado Real Estate is at its height in color in September, the creek is running and the follage on all of the trees, shrubs and flowers are spectacular. We have been gardening all summer and the fruits of our labor are a site to see as we have done a lot of work outside this year.

September in Durango 2011 is an important time of year to us as we realize winter is coming on and we should take advantage of this beautiful season. We are hoping it will be a long fall season as it usually is in Durango due to our Indian Summers. Sometimes it will stretch into November, if we are lucky.
