Durango Real Estate Remodel – We have just completed a wonderful newly remodeling project on our Durango Real Estate property. The Bathroom is approximately 15′ x 16′, which is very large! This Durango Real Estate Remodel includes outragious tile work, a Jacuzzi Tub and much more!

We will add photos of this wonderful Durango Real Estate Remodel addition shortly as we spent a lot of money, time and effort on this project.

Durango Real Estate Remodel

This Durango Real Estate Remodel has added great new value to our property as well as having a wonderful spa type Bathroom in this marvelous Victorian Home, which is a work in progress. Each year we take on a new project with this Victorian Home as it is a super cool piece of Durango Colorado Real Estate that was originally built around 1912 and  was the homestead house for this canyon west of Durango, Colorado USA.

Next Durango Real Estate remodel project

For 2012, our Durango Real Estate remodel project will be to re-roof the Victorian Home. We plan to put a new natural rusted looking roof on the home. This type of roof is very popular in Colorado these days and it will look great for our next Durango Real Estate remodel project.
